Derby Nomad Ramblers offer a warm welcome with walks of varying lengths every Sunday in pleasant company, predominantly in the beautiful Peak District and surrounding areas.
The club also offers shorter morning walks on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month within easy reach of Derby and its surrounding villages.
Occasional Stroller walks for members who want friendly social contact and exercise on easier routes also take place from time to time.

Non-members are welcome to come on a walk to see if we are the club for you.
Well behaved dogs that are kept under close control or on a short lead are welcome to join our walks, with the prior agreement of the walk leader.
Under 18's need to be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure that you are properly equipped and dressed for the expected terrain and weather.

If you would like to lead a walk, whether you are an experienced leader or its your first time, there are two very good websites you can visit to plan your route.
Walk in Derbyshire has a variety of existing walks specific to Derbyshire. You can select a walk by distance, duration or difficulty and can download route maps and GPX files.
Plotaroute.com allows you to search for existing walks or create new walks anywhere in the UK or abroad. You can save your routes and revisit them anytime.
